Many of you may have received a letter or heard elsewhere that a company called Aston Scott has taken over Francis Townsend & Hayward.

 

This is incorrect and potentially misleading. 

 

Aston Scott has taken over Francis Townsend & Hayward (Insurance Brokers) Ltd, the company that dealt with general insurance.

 

We at Francis Townsend & Hayward (Financial Services) Ltd are independent financial advisers and have had no links with the Insurance Brokers firm for many years. 

 

Francis Townsend & Hayward (Financial Services) Ltd continues to run independently from our offices in South Croydon, as we have done for over 50 years.

 

I am sorry if these misleading statements have caused you any concern and can ensure you that for us there is no change at all and it is business as usual.
